‘No Trousers Tube Ride’ – London Underground – 10 January 2016

The ‘No Trousers Tube Ride’ took place on various sections of the London Underground, emanating from the meeting point in Chinatown. The idea for the event originated in the US (where it is ‘No Pants Subway Ride’) by a group called Improv Everywhere and has spread worldwide – the first having taken place in 2002. The premise for the participants – male and female – is not to be exhibitionist, but rather to appear to have just forgotten to fully dress and continue with their journeys regardless. The London event is organised by The Stiff Upper Lip Society.
